Every morning starts with a battle. I don’t quite understand how my body works. It decides that 7's a good time to wake up. I on the other hand think that 7:30-7:45 is a better time to wake so I go back to sleep, but when 7:30 rolls around my body revolts. It refuses to let me get up. The whole ordeal leaves more tired than I was a half-hour ago when I first woke up. Can there be a meeting of body and soul? Can they agree to get up at 7:15 instead?
