Here is another article on the crappy tire case. The article states that Canadian Tire would have to prove that when Canadians say crappy tire they really mean Canadian Tire. As a Canadian I would say that 9 times out of 10 it is true.


This case seems to run more along the lines of rollerblading in my mind. It's one of those words that people use improperly. Rollerblades are a brand of inline skate but many people refer to the act of inline skating as rollerblading. Maybe on second thought the Canadian Tire case is nothing like that but the Rollerblade thing is interesting too.
