Last night I had good conversation. The kind that can't be planned or forced, the kind that just happens and afterwards you feel so much better for having said something because if you hadn't you wouldn't have dealt with the matter. Your mental health is immediately improved.
People don't have enough good conversation. They walk around and never say what they want. Their thoughts rise to the top waiting to be said but the words never touch their lips. Instead they are shelved and brought out later to serve as an explanation. They keep their lives in a tidy box with a perfect bow never to reveal the mess that resides within.
