Random Thought #1: While I was in the store today I spied a book called Taxes for Canada for Dummies, I was immediately annoyed that it wasn't just called "Taxes for Canadian Dummies". But, then I noticed Taxes for Dummies which is for Americans, which poses the question. Is there an unwritten rule that all Dummies are American unless otherwise specified?
